Terms & Conditions
By booking a journey with Gerrards Cross Taxis, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or online booking form. We recommend that all airport transfer bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
2. Fares & Payments

Fixed fares apply to most journeys, including airport transfers.

Fares are agreed in advance or based on meter reading.

Payments can be made in cash, by card, or by invoice (account holders only).

No additional charges for flight delays, provided flight details are shared at time of booking.
3. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time from the landing time.

Additional waiting time is charged per 15-minute interval.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows at pickup points without notification are charged at full fare.
5. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger behaving in a threatening, unsafe or inappropriate manner.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Child seats can be provided with advance notice.
6. Accessibility
We can provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request. Please give us advance notice when booking.
7. Licensing

All drivers are CRB (DBS) checked

All vehicles and drivers are fully licensed by buckighamshire council and are self employed in line to IR35 Ruling

Fully insured for public liability and private hire services
8. Liability
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen events. However, we always aim to deliver a punctual and reliable service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
